Four high school girls find themselves stranded on a deserted island. With no idea if help is coming, they’re going to have to survive on their own!
It was supposed to be a regular school trip, but something went wrong and now four high school girls find themselves adrift on a piece of their plane. All they have is the clothes on their backs. As they drift past an island, one girl says they should try to swim there. It would be better than being stuck on the makeshift raft. As they’re swimming to shore, the girls spot a tiger shark closing in on them. One girl uses the battery from her cell phone to deliver a nasty shock that sent the shark packing.
On the island, the girls regroup and finally get around to introducing each other. They each have different skills and knowledge sets, but one girl has the edge. She is well versed in surviving, having found herself in this situation on a number of occasions while travelling with her father. The girls’ first task is to find a water source and a way to store it, but time is running out as one girl is already showing signs of dehydration.
This is another series of shorter length episodes, all running fifteen minutes long. As far as I’m concerned that was the only thing that let this episode down. I got to the end and was ready for more. I don’t know anything about the source material, so I can’t comment on whether there would be enough to make full-length episodes, but it would have been nice. It plays into the same awkward situational comedy that made Why the hell are you here, Teacher!? so funny, but without quite so much ecchi content. All in, I really enjoyed this episode and am already looking forward to next week.
